CUSTOMER SERVICE


Anybody that understands the relationship between human body and the cloth itself would understand the important of customers to every profitable business. In love with customer is simply refers when you keep a fantastic relationship with your customer to the extent that they will always prefer your product or service to any other one.


Some people will be surprise when I say customers are king in any organisation. They are the strong pillar behind the successful and growth of your company or organisation. When any business man is very happy saying that his business is selling and making a whole lot of profit then you should remember the people behind the success of your organisation “the customers”. That is the more reason why you must do everything to make sure that these customers are constantly in love with your product or services.

The purpose of every profit oriented organisation is to satisfy customers thereby making profit out of it. Your customers enabled you to achieve what you called a successful business plan and remember you will have nothing to call a business if none of these loyal customers refuse to patronise you.

However, talking about the customers everyone is involved. You as a persion, you happen to be a customer to certain organisation and you know those things you love about the product and service you always patronise .

Here are the rules of keeping a good relationship with customers  and these rules are very simple, and if you can be discipline enough to follow these simple rules, I bet you will see your business empire growing like never before.
  1.         Always make sure to sell quality product and services.
  2.     Understand your customers individually.
  3.     Never get tired of your customers.
  4.    Always keep in touch with them through calls or bulk SMS.
  5.    Remember special occasions and send them greetings e.g. New Year, Charismas, Valentine,      New Month etc.
  6.    Remember to say thank you.
  7.    Attend your customer’s occasions when they invite you.
  8.    Do things you promise to do.
  9.    Have a blog /website and make use of social network to reach out to prospective customers.
All the point listed above as proven to be relevant in keeping fantastic relationship with your customers all years around.

Ladies and gentlemen, remember that customers are human being and human being  posses different kind of dispositions, what do I mean by this? Every human being  have their own unique behaviours and ability to go closer to your customers will make you understand them better. A quote by Sam Walton: There is only one boss. The customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the Chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else. Have a great day ahead
